Customers are entitled to receive products that match the descriptions, specifications, and product information provided at the time of purchase. We aim to ensure that all products meet our quality standards and are suitable for normal intended use.
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If you notice visible damage, missing items, incorrect products, or other shipping-related issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us review the issue, we may request clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and the reported problem.
Products should be used according to the provided instructions and intended purpose. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repair, modification, improper installation, or failure to follow instructions may not be covered by warranty.
Warranty & Returns
Eligible products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. The warranty covers verified manufacturing defects, functional failures, and other quality-related issues that occur under normal use.
We also offer a 14-day return period, provided the product meets our return requirements. Returned items should be in acceptable condition and include the original accessories, packaging, and proof of purchase where applicable.
For confirmed product defects, incorrect shipments, or quality-related issues, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as a refund, replacement, or exchange. Where the issue is caused by us, reasonable return shipping costs will normally be covered.
Liability & Compliance
We aim to supply products in accordance with applicable product safety, consumer protection, and privacy requirements in the markets where they are sold.
We are responsible for verified manufacturing defects, quality issues, and incorrect shipments. However, we are not responsible for damage or loss caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, incorrect customer information, carrier delays, customs inspections, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or order.
